Job description (responsibilities):
- Load materials onto trucks;
- Deliver building materials to customers;
- Recover building materials for returns;
- Provide customer service at delivery sites;
- Perform truck maintenance.
Skills required:
- Have the required class 1, 3 or 5 license;
- Be able to work in variable weather conditions;
- Be physically fit to lift heavy loads;
- Work hard and enjoy learning;
- Knowledge of road and construction material handling standards;
- Cooperate with other yard employees and respect delivery routes;
- Be a self-starter.
